Dear Friends of The Park Steakhouse Restaurant,

Let us be the first to introduce ourselves. We are John Halligan and Randy Carson, the new owners of The Park Steakhouse in Park Ridge New Jersey. Between us, we share nearly twenty years of experience owning and operating restaurants in New York City. As Bergen county residents, we recently decided to create an innovative new concept in Northern New Jersey dining.

Northern New Jersey has so much to offer-a beautiful setting and great quality of life. As people whose roots are here, we wanted more than anything to own a local restaurant we would be proud to call our own. A place with excellent food, prepared with expertise and care, a place where customers will feel at home. The Park is that place.

The Park, a classic American Steakhouse that has been highly-praised in Zagat's offers a fine dining experience which now includes the new American Cuisine that Chef Halligan is known for.

We hope you will welcome us into your community and tell your friends about us. When you come in, please introduce yourself. It will be our pleasure to greet you personally.
